The villas are intended for your comfort, as a wonderful place to relax, and they offer a luxurious base for your walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding or other trips. You’ll find it easy to unwind while watching cows, horses and donkeys graze the bordering meadows, which are also frequented by wildlife from the nearby forests. From their hilltop location, near the Gers' highest point, the villas give you a splendid landscape towards the Pyrenees’ mountain range, as well as magnificent panoramas of the fields and forests gently sloping down towards the river Arros valley below, of the ever changing skies above, and of beautiful sunsets on the far horizon. While you are surrounded by nature, away from it all, the villas make you feel at home with a wide choice of modern comforts readily at hand.

‘Dessus' sleeps up to 7p and together with its next-door twin villa ‘Debat’ it can even accommodate a max of 15p. Each villa consists of two semi-detached parts, connected by a short corridor. One part is designed as living area, while the other has a luxurious bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. The beds are large, the duvets soft, the wardrobes spacious and everyone has a XL towel. The living room has 2 pairs of large sliding glass-doors which give a superb view of the surrounding countryside and easy access to the terrace and the large garden of about 5’000m². The large, light and open-plan living area has a comfortable seating with a wide screen TV and music centre, a central bar which is “always open”, an attractive dining-area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen and storage room. The big garden offers plenty of space for both relaxing and outdoor games. On the terrace you will find teak garden chairs and table, comfortable sun loungers, an awning and an outdoor grill.
