Nestled on approximately four acres of natural hilltop wooded terrain in the heart of the Mont-Tremblant region, Sli na Fia will provide you with a secluded getaway, and a place to relax after a day on the many slopes, trails, rives, lakes and golf courses that the region has to offer. Constructed in 2008, the villa has spectacular views over the lakes, hills and valleys of the Laurentians of Quebec and is within walking distance of Domain Saint Bernard and cross country ski trails. Take time out, sit back and relax and enjoy a hilltop hideaway. The deer (“na fia” in Gaelic) have been enjoying it for generations.
Constructed in 2008, Sli na Fia comprises approximately 2,500 square feet on three levels and comprises four (4) bedrooms, three and a half ( 3 1/2) bathrooms, family room, living room, kitchen, laundry room, two (2) decks and an out-door hot tub. The villa is located in the exclusive Point Heron development, adjacent to the Domain Saint Bernard and just ten (10) minutes from the Tremblant ski slopes. Its high location provides spectacular views over Lac Ouimet and the Laurentian mountains. The cherry wood kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A breakfast counter can seat four (4) people. The adjoining dining area with its circular dining table can seat up to eight (8) people.
The living room, with a wood burning fireplace, is exquisitely and comfortably furnished to provide an area for quiet relaxation. Patio doors open to a wrap around deck. The room also has a surround sound music system with an ipod docking station. The master bedroom features a double window and three single windows affording spectacular views and is furnished with a queen-size bed, spacious built-in closets, chest of drawers and cable tv. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a strategically placed air-bath to enable you bathe and relax and enjoy the view. In addition to the master-suite, upstairs also has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a shower/bath.
Downstairs comprises the family room, fourth bedroom, third bathroom and family room. As with the living room, the family room is comfortably furnished and has a 42" LCD TV, cable tv, dvd player and a surround sound music system with an ipod docking station. An area of the family room has been established as an office area with WiFi internet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and single bunk beds. The six-person hot-tub is located off the lower deck.
