Casa Pajaro (Bird House) is a five star villa built on a mountainside that offers beautiful views of Isla Ballena, Playa Uvita, Punta Dominical and further up the coast, Manuel Antonio. The jungle comes up to the back yard. Common visitors will be Howler Monkeys, White Face Capuchins, Three toed Sloths, Toucans and Parrots.
You’ll be awed by the interior design features and upscale amenities of this beautiful home. Not a single detail has been overlooked, from the many windows overlooking a rainforest and the peaceful Pacific, to the gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and the landscaping with your own freshwater pool. The outdoor terrace and pool deck give lots of options for sun or shade.
The master bedroom features dual vanity sinks, lots of closet space and an oversized shower. The master suite is separated from the other two bedrooms by a large living area. The bedroom has ocean and mountain views.
The casa has many pieces of art from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Ecuador. Also photography from the area is presented. A complete lending library of books are available for your use while staying at the house as well as local information on sightseeing.
