Soaring Eagle Lane is the appropriately named location of our 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with beautiful conservation view offering a large amount of privacy. Our home sleeps 6 to 8 people and is fully air conditioned. 26ft by 15ft Swimming pool with pool lighting. Very large sundeck and covered lanai plus a good supply of luxury pool furniture. All pool doors are alarmed for safety. Well sized open plan kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste-disposal, washer-dryer and breakfast table. All cutlery, utensils, bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided. There is also a lockable safe deposit box for valuables. Separate dining area adjacent to the family lounge which seats 6. Large family lounge has 2 sofas, Cable TV, video and DVD players, stereo cassette and CD player. Sliding patio doors open on to the pool area. Master bedroom with king size bed, Cable TV, Internet Access, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom comprising bath, shower, twin vanity wash basins and hairdryer. Pool access via patio doors. Second bedroom features a queen size bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, en suite shower room with double shower cubicle. This bedroom also has access to the pool area. Third bedroom has twin beds, Cable TV, walk in wardrobe and use of the family bathroom including shower and bath. All wardrobes are equipped with hangers. Location 10 minute drive from Disney, 20 minute drive from Sea World, 5 minute drive from the 192 highway and all of its shops, restaurants and many attractions. Lake fishing is within walking distance. Our villa is non smoking. Sorry we are unable to accept pets.
