Montserrat villa, situated on the cliffs just 40 feet above the ocean. Our Spanish style two bedroom villa is located near Lime Kiln Bay, in Olveston, Montserrat, West Indies. Our villa offers a private setting with magnificent views of the coastline, mountains covered with tropical foliage, and the islands of Nevis and Redonda. You'll enjoy spectacular sunsets on the ocean from the very private pool, covered patio, or the perfect hammocks at the oceans edge. The 2 acre property is landscaped with lush tropical terraced gardens that include citrus trees, mango, coconut palms, bananas, hibiscus, crotons, aloe and numerous other flowering plants.
It's a short walk to Lime Kiln Beach, which you will have to yourself most of the time. Woodlands Beach and others are a 10-minute drive away. Restaurants and groceries are within a short drive, or take a 20 minute drive to the "north" for more shopping and dining choices. Montserrat's new airport is also located in the north, and the short 15 minute flight from Antigua can be booked with either FlyMontserrat or WinAir.
Our location at the end of the road, perched on the cliff, offers the privacy, peace and quiet, and overwhelming views to make your vacation holiday the best. It's the perfect get-away place to relax and unwind.

We love to cook, so the kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, great cookware, and spices to use and enjoy. A gourmets delight! The windows overlook a courtyard garden filled with bougainvillea, hibiscus and crotons. It's not unusual to watch hummingbirds through the windows while making coffee in the morning. The indoor dining area is convenient to the kitchen, but we find we eat most of our meals on the outdoor patio.
The comfortable two bedrooms are situated for maximum privacy. Down the hall from the kitchen you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed. Sliding glass doors opposite the bed lead to a balcony-patio overlooking the pool and views to the blue Caribbean sea. Bright and airy, the bedroom was designed with windows on every wall to catch the trade winds from all angles. The bathroom with tub/shower has a sliding glass door to a private, beautifuly tiled outdoor shower. It's truly tropical to look up at the fronds of the coconut palm overhead while showering . The second bedroom we call our "guest cottage". Located adjacent to the house and kitchen garden, it offers a queen size bed and private bath. There's two rattan chairs to curl up in to read a book and a small garden patio with views to the Caribbean sea. This makes a perfect set-up for 2 couples.
